These sprang up overnight, growing off the silver birch logs that line the flower beds. Not as pretty as the red & white spotted sort, but probably just as toxic.

Another lovely sunny day, which included a walk along the Thames with Terry & two children, one in a buggy who was meant to sleep! We ended up at the Bounty pub for ice cream, delish :-)

After work I went out for another 11 miler on the bike through the rush hour. (I have nerves of steel!)

This evening has been very dull. Home alone, so decided to blitz my bedroom. There is something very sad about tidying your knicker & sock drawers on a Friday night -- must get out more :-(
