Raspberry & white chocolate tray bake

I very rarely bake by myself nowadays. I've normally got a few little assistants. It felt quite decadent to be creating these first thing this morning while still wearing pj's. They are for tomorrow Macmillan coffee morning at toddlers.

Lovely weekend. Massive ice-cream sundae yesterday followed later by seeing Martyn playing his drums along side the rest of the band in Wycombe. Was singing along to the Beetles & Stones, great fun. Managed a 16 mile cycle early this afternoon. (Had a massive sundae to shift!)
Did a humongous pile of ironing for Mark tonight while he created a tasty roast dinner - including my first sprouts since last winter. Got to love a sprout!
