Le Bistrot Paradou

We've come west: spent the afternoon in Arles experiencing déjà vu at the amphitheatre (where scenes from Ronin were filmed), and on to Paradou, where we're staying in the most beautiful and luxurious chambre d'hote.

We ate at the Bistrot du Paradou, a favourite of Jean Reno and Nicolas Sarkozy - the wine is free but you pay for water. And this character greets you on the way in and out, just to make sure you've indulged enough...
