The dredger Admiral Day moving further upstream in Inverness harbour.

Another beautiful day. Went with a work colleague/boat spotter, to take some snaps of the ships in the harbour at lunchtime. Several other folk from work, that were out for lunchtime runs, were snapped too.

Good swim tonight – probably because I took a day off from cycling yesterday. Legs felt much less tired at work too, especially going up and down all the stairs.
