Lovely

My always lovely friend came and babysat so I could parkrun!

I appreciated it greatly.

I went expecting to be slow and sluggish but whether it was the kindness, the porridge, the weather or the fact I have had three days rest between runs I smashed my PB there! 36.13! I am so chuffed!

I came home and we had a lovely chat. Then my mom came and dd had a friend round. A lovely Saturday so far.

My friend bought me some old running mags! I find them very interesting.
