A Postcard Gift from Nina!

Mr. Fun brought in the envelopes from our outside mailbox and said excitedly, "You've got a postcard from Finland."

Nina had left me a comment that she had sent a postcard, but it seemed like it may never arrive and then it did. I was so excited. It is so beautiful.

Receiving "real" mail -- something that has handwriting on it seems so rare these days, but to receive a postcard that is the artwork of the card sender is an immense gift. It represents time, effort, thought, and originality and is delightfully wonderful.

Thank you Nina. You are such a warm and wonderful person and such a major part of Blipfoto. It is an honor to be a recipient of your art. I have tried to present it well, but I'm not so sure my little point and shoot cheapy camera does such a good job.
