After the Rain

After yesterday's rain this morning's sky was lovely. I woke simply wishing I could stay home, phone in sick because I just felt so absolutely crummy. My sinsuses are swollen, my voice is fading, and the headache doesn't seem to subside. I had two new classes to meet, so I went to school.

So it's been a long day and I'm glad to be back home and now sitting by the fireplace. I always believe the 17th is a very good day, and it was in the event that I did meet lots of new students and the potential of this semester now is illustrated with many faces.
