" DIDN'T WE HAVE IT ALL?"

Greetings, we are back from our amazing holiday and over the next few days will try and catch up with you all.

This collage is just a small sample of the fun we had. We have been visiting Crantock, 4 miles from Newquay and seperated by the sea coming between the two through the River Gannel, since 1963 when I came with my parents.

Mr A and I courted down here and it is very much a part of our history with all the boys playing on the beach. We were thrilled to find a new super place to eat called C-Bay. The staff were fantastic, food excellent and we loved the decor. It is on the site of the original Crantock Bay Hotel, now turned into luxury apartments, (sadly all sold). And with the amazing views of the sea crashing onto the beach, it couldn't be better. If you are ever down in Cornwall, well worth a visit. (www.crantockbay.co.uk) for information.

The other photos of our 'base camp' on the beach and Phoebe with her usual covering of sand. She absolutely loved it and if I came into money, this is where I would love to live!

Now being back home, rushing around washing, cooking, shopping etc.
Help, I need another holiday.
