Threatening

Had the homeland on my thoughts all day, hoping these dark thunder clouds in the north would come to nothing.

Bees were very aggravated today - hot & humid - and they don't like thunder. So left them alone most of the day hoping to do a bit in the evening. In the meantime tried completing the greenhaouse stairs - cement ran out, dashed to Ottobeueren for more supplies and then for the last corner, the sand ran out. I gave up. Will have to do.

The thunder clouds got worse in the evening so gave up on the bees. They have put up with days of pick axe, spade, fork, hammer, sledgehammer, drilling, chainsaw just inches away and I constantly crossing their flight path. Despite all this was not attacked once. They have been very patient.
