Hannah.......9 months old............standing unaided.............and trying to take steps.

Two munchkins running around the house soon..............and me with a dodgy knee.

Big fishing match today.............Shaun and I didn't take part.........we organised...........two evenings preparation and printing off data sheets for me...........the draw and rules sorted this morning........the stakes collected and the pay outs calculated............the match started at 9.00.........................and then we had nothing to do for 5 hours!!!!!!!!!!!

We had breakfast..............we chatted about football........we had a stroll...we chatted about the Scottish independence vote...............and had another stroll.............we had lunch...........and another stroll.............we chatted about football again..........we drove to the nearest shop for an ice lolly.............just after we arrived back at the venue............the Red Arrows flew down one side of the lake............I think they were on the way back from Southport Airshow.............and they were low.......and they must have seen us all because they gave a three second red, white and blue vapour trail as they passed us..........the high spot of the day.

I finished the match at 3.00............we weighed every body in...........calculated the top five, the six section winners and the winning team.............gave out the cash prizes and the trophy.....and then home.

The family arrived.....we ate....and played......they went home............I'm exhausted..........the Boss has just got home.

Wonder if tomorrow will be as action packed............I won't be fishing the match.....the pain in the knee is excruciating!
