Great Book

Quiet day at work with everyone just waiting to Thursday.
Had a night in not doing much and remembered I needed a photo. This week’s theme is Shadow so here is a great book called Shadow Divers.
It is a true story about a group of divers in America who discover a WW2 submarine and try to find its identity.
It was back in the 80's when deep diving was in it infancy for recreational divers. This combined with the cold and depth of the wreck unfortunately meant it claimed two lives.
The book also cover how the divers go back to Germany to talk to the families of the sailors to give them closure once the wreck has been identified.
There was talk a few years ago that James Cameron might do a film of it. Would have been a great film but sadly I think the project was stopped.
