Flaky

The wifeycle was on a super early start at work today, so the dogs and I were out on the hill at 7am, in time to see a fine day starting.
After our wander, the dogs snoozed while I caught up on some paperwork and invoicing before zooming across to Mum's to dig a plant out for her. It was a nerine - about 5 foot tall and generally mahoosive. I ended up digging a huge hole to get the thing out and it took way longer than expected. Mum had wanted to send it to the dump, but I advertised it on the local sales page on facebook and someone came and took a chunk of it and helped to dig it out, and someone else came and took the rest away.
Home for lunch and the woofers demanded a wander, so we went up through the woods and I stopped at the scrapyard to get some shots of this flaking paint. It has been a while since I did a really abstract shot...
