On looking back

After fasting since yesterday evening and dragging myself into Bantry early to have my arm emptied for routine blood tests, I was told, after the regulation wait, that bloods could not be taken because of a serious backlog due to an unexplained IT failure in the Cork lab.

So I came back and grabbed this on the way. I think you could say that the morning was not completely wasted?
