the school run

After such a lovely rest yesterday, I decided it was time I got a bit more exercise. So I drove the boys to school, left the car there ready for clubs transport after school and ran home via the woods. I saw these while I got a bit lost before I found the path I was looking for. It was great to be out running again. Sometimes its good to get lost and find yourself again.
