SORRY, MORE "ART"... GOF

...Oh dear - more "art" has appeared in the fore-court of our town hall.

I find my flabber totally gasted by the depth of moronic pretentiousness of such a project.

They must have hired a "cherry picker" to wrap foot-wide rolls of cheap white fabric around the branches of this beautiful conker tree & anchor them to the ground beneath.

Am I missing something? What is point?
