Stripey Legged Beastie

I'm not very fond of spiders. I do love webs though (as long as they're not brushing over my face!) This hard working beast had made a great web hanging down below my washing line. Unfortunately, I hadn't noticed where the web was anchored, and when I deadheaded my geranium I found it. The beautiful web sort of shrunk into itself as I severed it's attachment. I daresay it was fixed pretty quickly. Spiders are nothing if not industrious!

Started hand quilting my little civil war quilt this afternoon.
