A Whole Lotta Luggage
We and our children all traveled to Yakima today and all by different means. Our son and his wife flew, our daughter took Greyhound and we took an airport shuttle (I guess two days of togetherness was enough). We arrived at SeaTac airport a half hour early to catch our shuttle and this is the scene that greeted us in the waiting area. A Mexican tour group had arrived for a trip to Alaska (at least that is what their matching t-shirts proclaimed) and their luggage was waiting for transfer. I have never seen so much stuff in my life. Four rows of suitcases, all neatly organized, were on the terminal floor waiting for pick up. The travelers must have gone ahead because there was only half a dozen people around them, including this white-haired woman who looked like she was making a last minute addition. Our bus arrived before we got to see the poor people in charge of loading this massive amount of baggage.
