Sweet boys

My husband and I work opposite shifts, so he stays home with our boys, while I work. Then I come home and take over. I get to have a lot of mom time with the boys.

80% of my blips have been with my boys present. In fact, the only blips that don't have them behind the scenes are the sunrises since those are on my way to work.

I really, really want to share art and life with my children. I think I've mentioned it before, but it truly is what I remember best about my childhood. In all the bad, I always had my creativity and imagination.

At first both boys were really involved in my blipping, but over time my oldest decided he was in no way interested and has been hiding every time I pull out my camera.

Well fortunately he's gotten beyond that this week and is again ready to be my photographers assistant! This evening he assembled my tripod and got everything ready for our light dance show.

I did some photos of them dancing around the room in the dark with tiny flashlights. This experimenting was fun, and the boys had a blast dancing around the room.

After we were done, he found his play camera (garage sale 35mm for $1) and noticed that it had the ability to attach to the tripod. He was thrilled and even let me grab a shot of him while he pretended to take one of me.

I love my boys.

p.s. The bracelet on his right hand is his Kara. He wears one on the left too just because he likes it.
