always something!

Slipped and fell in a most spectacular way at work today.
Swore.
Kids and staff amazing, helpful, sympathetic.
by the time i got home and my daytime painkillers wore off i was in agony, left should and arm pretty much useless.
Spent two hours in A&E.
staff amazing.
Xray reassured that nothing was broken. however i am now wearing a rather fetching modern black sling with back straps and instructed to rest for the next few days.
just what i need ahead of next weeks trip to hospital.

Its my left arm too - i am far more left handed than i ever realised, its very restrictive!!!!
