Rescued by a gull

Working late and having some errands to run afterwards meant that I still did not have a blip entry at 6 pm. I was becoming somewhat desperate when this gull was so kind to land on a lamp post in front of our building and to stay there long enough until I got my camera out of my bag and had taken a photo of it.
