Oh dear oh dear oh dear

Here it is, the for sale sign outside the neighbours house. Neighbour, friend, Bert-sitter, member of staff (work, I don't have staff at home!), lifesaver (and her husband) are moving back to the North East.

On a happier note, note the red car back on the drive back from hospital. Shame there's no NHS free at the point of delivery service for cars!
