Sent home from work today.

Forced into having my bp checked by a colleague....because I was hot and trembling.

162/106. Sent straight home.

Spoke to the doc........she is confident it's just because of the medication she gave mo on Wednesday and it will soon settle down.

Tonight it is down........but only to 158/103.

I'm off for an early night........not that it will do any good........the Boss is away.......so my sleep will be all over the place.

Look after yourselves.
