.......I could crush a can.............

Sent home from work on Thursday with really high bp.

Checked with the doc who said it was probably just the change in medication she had prescribed and it would settle.

Friday morning 6.30, after a good night's sleep, still ridiculously high........so no work again.

It fell steadily through the day..............and it kept falling...........by 4.30 it was 122/66..........and then I fell asleep....for four hours!

When I woke up I could barely stand.............only just made it up to bed at 9.30..........and slept until 2.30.......woke up for half an hour and then fell asleep again......until 7.00.

Checked bp............130/72........went out for the bait............came home........emptied dishwasher.....marked a set of books....paid some bills online.............watched some Ryder Cup............and fell asleep again around 3.00......woke up again at 7.30.

It's now 10.00.......bp is 138/78.......and I'm wide awake.............feel like I have more energy than I have had for weeks...........hope this is a permanent state......energy during the day.........and sleeping properly at night.............but I'm not holding my breath.

Going fishing tomorrow for the first time in three weeks........no match...just me and the boys.......at one of out own venues........for fun....no stupid o'clock start..........finish when we like.
