Pow Wow

We didn't have the key to the rehearsal room tonight, so we made the most of the opportunity and went to the pub and had what is without a doubt the most formal band meeting in the history of band meetings.

It was great.

We each voiced how we're feeling about the band, where our energies should go into 2015, what we're looking to get out of it. Transpires we're all on the same page, we just didn't know it.

Hopefully we'll manage to implement our action plan!
