Another exhausted F'er

This is how F2 watched TV this evening. I think he fell like that and didn't have the energy to move.

I had lunch with my old boss at her new work, it was good to see her. Turns out she works for a science company that could 'could' be good for the Husband, should push come to shove. He doesn't seem so keen.

I have just about managed keen the anxiety down. It's better now it's the weekend and I have back up. The Husband has lovely forgone a night at the pub to sit in with me and my mental head.
