Watercourse Creek

I had a great trip to Christchurch today. I made lots of stops at places I've never stopped before, including walking up to Frog Rock - I didn't get too far out on it though - I'm petrified of heights, well of edges with drops really.

I gave myself permission to stop wherever I pleased and to not 'need' to be in Christchurch by any set time. It is amazing how much more of the scenery you notice when you are up higher in a van.

Then an afternoon visiting with my sister and nephew. Great laughs. Just what I needed.

I am meeting up with Kiwilizzie tomorrow to hand over some stuff she left in Murchison. I thought because there will be three of us blippers there (I'll have '1 Day Older' with me too) we might as well try for a wee bit of a blip meet. So anyone who is interested - we'll be at The Beach Bar at Sumner at 3 tomorrow. It would be really neat to see some of you I've met before, or meet new ones - but hey, if no one else is there we'll still call it a blipmeet with 3 of us!
