Bombsite!

The kitchen became a bit of a bombsite this evening as I used most of the pots I own to make Mary Berry's kedgeree for the first time. I saw her make it on Saturday Kitchen on BBC1 this morning and became inspired.

I enjoyed making it and it tasted good but, oh my, did I make a mess! That's what dishwashers are for!
