Not the Great British Bake Off!

I bought some ready-made cookie dough at Sainsburys and tried it out today... very easy with excellent and tasty results! Just 10 minutes for warm biscuits!

Apparently you can cut and freeze the raw dough and cook the cookies from frozen when you're in desperate need of a treat. Will try that out too.

I think they have this type of thing everywhere in America but I've not really seen it before in the UK.

I know it's lazy but... who cares?!
