Vendage

They are collecting the grapes at the moment. Tractors bring them from the vineyards and they are fed into the 'cave'. There must be a sorting system as this implement carries the rubbish outside. There is a screw mechanism,that carries the leaves etc which are dumped in a nice pile. The smell of unfermented grapes is quite heady.
