Silhouetted buildings

I was struggling today for a blip. This was the best of a bad bunch. Perhaps, like many of you I tend to walk the same walks. I've no idea what that tower is, so I should find out. In the background is Dunain Hill. I've spent half the day trying to formulate a difficult e mail. Still haven't done it. E mails are so final.
