Hen Wlad Fy Nhadau

It was Relay Day at the JIRCS and we were on the dunes at Sandscale Haws near Barrow. Yesterday's blip showed how the Scottish Juniors got themselves in the mood for competition so today I have chosen the Welsh Juniors having their team photo and singing their National Anthem (in their warpaint!). They are all such fun to be around!

We had great views of the progress of the relay from the top of the dunes today as the runners orienteered around the challenging terrain and then ran in to the finish in the natural amphitheatre, a smashing end to the weekend.
