We returned home today to find that the builders seem to have, finally, made a decent start to the work which is scheduled to be finished by mid-December!!!

Philip was very good at chasing them during the day if they didn't turn up but being out all day I don't discover they haven't been here until I get home and nothing has been done!

Agro props are holding up the base panel where they have filled a hole in the ceiling with concrete. They have created a new hole in the concrete for a light well and laid a screed layer to the new bedroom floor! Some concrete progress!

Probably won't see them for a week now...
