Falmouth from Pendennis Point

Had such a good sleep last night! Woke up about 8am and got ourselves up and out to go to the indoor climbing centre in Penryn for a couple of hours of bouldering. Came back into Falmouth, dropped our stuff off at the house and went into the town to get a pasty for lunch. When in Cornwall.... :)

Had a short rest back at the cottage, then got our walking things on again and headed off for a short walk around Pendennis Point. The weather was looking decidedly stormy as we set off, but brightened up a lot and ended up being really hot and sunny. Some great views up there, particularly just beyond the car park right at the very tip of the headland. I took this shot on the walk back into the town.

Came back and showered and Tim made us baked potatoes for tea. Another nice relaxed evening in, and a long time spent sorting through all my photos - again :)
