I'd planned to continue with the window frame painting but early rain stopped that. That left ironing or exercise. Neither sounded exciting but I opted for the gym. When I came out the sun was shining.

A quick lunch then headed to Rydal for a short walk by the river and a blip. A bit of an obstruction on the footpath but I popped through the little side gate.
