Shelf of Frustration

I had cause to go into a cupboard in our garage this evening and was quickly filled with frustration as there on one of the shelves is the selection of red wine that is currently on my banned list. In all the advice I have been given, red wine is one of those things that is likely to cause me problems. Coffee is on that list as well so I can’t help but feel that I should wean myself back onto them and risk the consequences before my body forgets how much I love and miss these things.
