A Rough Day on the Harbour

A fairly stiff nor'easter meant it was hard work paddling back to Cass Bay from Governors Bay this morning. The waves were choppy too and sometimes I wondered if the wind was blowing us backwards. I did stop (infrequently) to get a pic or two so that probably didn't help. It was really enjoyable, funnily enough and we enjoyed our stop in at Rapaki for a cuppa. There are hot water pools there now, a new occurrence since the earthquakes.
The light was difficult for photography and I'm not too enthusiastic about today's results!
More of one paddler!
