Where is all the Welsh Food?

Carmarthen Market was interesting though I think we possibly chose the wrong day to go. Lovely Dutchman making Welsh cheese in the Dutch tradition-hence laver bread Gouda!! Only one stall doing vegetables, beautifully presented like in France, sides of bacon hanging up & a large amount of tat!

Drove to Llandysul where we honeymooned some 36 years ago & couldn't remember any of it. Luckily the same for both of us!!

Then on to NewQuay, still doing the Dylan Thomas trail, & searched for tea & Welshcakes. None to be found so opted for a scone & cream. What came was an abomination. They'd even spread a thin layer of jam & covered it with 'squirty' cream.....
