St. David's, Pembrokeshire
Another glorious day...in St. David's this time. Never been there. Uk's smallest cathedral city. I didn't know that the word comes from the Latin word 'cathedra' meaning chair & the Bishop's chair gives the building the name cathedral. Not explained very well but that's the gist.
On the food front, we've not found anywhere serving Welsh lamb so bought some ourselves from a great butcher. Cooked it with a bit of wine, mint sauce, shallots & plum jam!! Vegs included leeks, of course. It was delicious. Only Welsh I could find today was about beef though!!
