Flowers

My Dad's funeral today. I got through it and managed to do my reading from Winnie the Pooh:

"If there's ever a tomorrow when we're not together, there's something you should remember: You're braver than you believe, and stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think. But the most important thing is, even if we're apart, I'll always be with you."

I have the most wonderful and amazing friends. My friend Karen did all the flower arrangements you can see in the picture. She collected the food I ordered from M&S, she and her mum Pam and our other friend Sarah did the teas and coffees and hosted the "do" afterwards while we were at the Crem. They made sure everyone had drinks, cleared up and washed up afterwards.

My Mum did very well and managed the service and stayed for a little while afterwards and was able to catch up with old friends.
