Luxemburgli

Luxemburgli are a type of mini macaron made by Sprüngli, a chocolate company in Switzerland. I treated myself to a box from their flagship shop in Zurich on Saturday and have enjoyed nibbling away at them. Yummy flavours - chocolate, raspberry, passion fruit, coffee...I can't decide on a favourite!

The name Luxemburgli comes from the recipe's place of origin.
