Good to see me again

My first self portrait in ages. The first time I've had an evening by myself in a very long time.

Only Wednesday and it's been a long week. I was supposed to be somewhere else tonight. The mind was willing but the flesh was weak and sometimes you just have to admit defeat for the sake of sanity.

Pleased for TSM who had some good news today, after weeks of anxiety. And for her and her brother who had tickets for Arsenal (4) vs Galatasary (1) tonight.

Pleased too that I am close to hitting this week's deadlines.

I am now sitting here with the wonderful headphones that The Girl Racer bought me some months ago and reveling in my own company and the sound of beautiful music.

It's good to see me again.
