The wooden stairs to Bedfordshire - or our stairway to heaven.

Today the carpenters have finished putting in the staircase that leads to the mezzanine floor of the new master bedroom. This mezzanine has a glass panelled front with a view directly towards Mont Blanc.

Philip and I were very excited about this particular room of ours and it is both exciting and emotional to see it taking shape. I know Philip would have taken ages examining the excellent wood working.

This afternoon I also took part in a webinar organised by COBIS outlining the new Computing Curriculum quite insightful but also reassuring that my principles of teaching this subject are actually reinforced not diminished by the new LO's! Next webinar comes from Doha later this month...
