Customer service is not dead!

Pet power rules OK!
A recent box of Crunchy Bites - of which they have one each at bedtime - was not up to normal standard. Sophie, acting on behalf of the gang of four, sent an e-mail with a photo of the offending item and the gang to Arden Grange. Kate answered that it was due to a machine malfunction and when it was fixed she would send a replacement. True to her word, she phoned yesterday to confirm the address and today we received, not one, but two boxes of Crunchy Bites!
Sophie promptly sent another email to say thank you and this photo. (my dogs used to write letters - but email is quicker so they use that now)
Well done Arden Grange - good customer service!
