Railway bits and pieces

Went to Derby by train today and was intrigued by this fence round the car park. There were lots of different things - presumably connected with the railway - embedded in the railings. Each piece is held within the custom-made compartment - the fence seems to be a cross between a museum and a work of art. Just a pity it is so difficult to photograph - the cars form a too 'busy' background. There is another piece here but there were many more - some quite small, others over 6ft long.
