Swirling Lights

I tried an experiment this evening with my cousins and some glow sticks. I wanted to photograph them spinning the glow sticks in different patterns. We learned that we got different results depending on the speed they were spinning the lights and that we need to be farther away from the houses and ambient light to enhance the lights patterns.
This was the last shot of the night when they all wanted to be in the same shot spinning their glow sticks.
