Pork Pies and Kale Salad

All I can really say is Wow! Thanks to I&S who included a recipe from the newspaper with a recent package, K made pork pies. That's one of my guilty delights and hers were better than the "real" thing. Who'd ha thunk it? Next up: Scotch pies.
