As sure as eggs is eggs

This never fails to amuse me. Almost always when I buy free rangers, there's a token feather involved.

It's like the supermarket feels the need to prove its from an actual chicken and a feather is the best way to do this.

I was getting eggs from my Thursday boss, but the last batch had a couple of fertilised eggs in, so Mr A has refused to have any more of these.
That's a shame, as they were some of the nicest eggs we've had.

I've been on a mission today to find an egg poacher (of some description); it's been like rocking horse poo! My last hope is Asda.

I know you can poach eggs without the little pods, but we tried that once before and made a terrible job of it. We've also tried the microwave poachers and they were awful!
