Inside a Kelpie.

I think I am falling in love with the Kelpies. Having made the journey with C1 a couple of weeks ago, I was invited to go on a tour with K & A. I couldn't resist.

We learned all about the myth of the Kelpie, and about Duke and Baron the two Clydesdales that were the models for the statues, and then we were allowed inside. The structure is amazing, The light is amazing, the air movement is amazing, the whole thing is amazing.

I thoroughly enjoyed our morning in sunny if chilly Falkirk, and I also enjoyed bursting bull-rushes into flying seeds, playing on the kids slide in the play area and eating ice-cream.

The dragon-fly still eluded me though.
