Birthday weekend

When I arrived home from school yesterday, Rebecca had decorated the house in preparation for my birthday.
Today both boys were out and Rebecca was working. So I was hoping to pop out for a little drive or walk and stop for coffee but the arrival of the autumn weather put a stop to that. So it was a chilled day and do I admit to having a game of scrabble with Mr C, Lucy and Alex or does that make me sound old??!!!
This evening we all went out for dinner.... Lovely!!
