Slow dough #BCAM 3

For a first attempt at sourdough, I'm really happy with this.

I didn't use any fancypants equipment other than to bake it inside a pre-heated Le Creuset casserole.

The pink ribbon is, of course, my nod to breast cancer awareness month for today. It might look a bit odd but I add these little pink bows to my boxes of cake so it's not completely off the wall.

And the bread tastes really delicious :)
